Did you know you can make an appointment for a meeting with a Canadian Mental Health Association Outreach Worker in our community? Participants book in advance and can discuss mental health related challenges in a confidential environment.
To register, please call 902-883-4349 and leave a message if you do not get an answer. This is open to adults and preschool aged, but space is limited.
